Cold, freezing and alone.

There was no place, there was no home. He was left to wander, destined to be alone in the cold. There was no pity. Comfort seemed really, really distant from him. The heavens must be crying. As they looked on with beads of water flowing down their cheeks, they could only pray and continue to watch on.

In times of despair, one could only weep in silence and cry out in frustration within his or her heart ; frustrated over not being able to do anything at all even if they wanted to. Perhaps they had come to terms with one thing; desperate attempts only serves to dishearten one more.

Maybe that's why people eventually give up helping.

Because they never believed in trying, they only believed in failing.
